Richmond Metro Youth Wrestling is a league made up of four local wrestling clubs:

• Byrd
• Collegiate
• Glen Allen
• Tucker

0. The league is for 1st through 6th graders.

0. The season starts after the Christmas Holiday with weekly matches on Sunday starting at 1:00 pm til the end of February.

Wrestling improves confidence, agility and strength
